Programs · for hospices and veterans organizations

Cards your program mails on schedule, by the case, with proof they landed.

Watercolor cards by a working artist, printed and shipped from Columbus, Ohio, priced for a program budget. Your coordinator addresses the envelopes; no family information ever reaches us. Purchase orders and net-30 invoices are welcome, cards too.

For hospice bereavement programs

Thirteen Months

Six cards per family, one for each point in the thirteen months Medicare asks a hospice bereavement program to cover: a sympathy card, then three weeks, three, six, nine and thirteen months. Cardinals and botanicals in watercolor, each with room for a coordinator's handwritten line, so the mailing your program already sends arrives as something a family keeps.

  • Set of six cards for one family, $15.
  • Case of 25 sets, $375, with blank envelopes.
  • Measurement add-on, $150 a month per program: a three-question, de-identified family survey on the thirteen-month card and an annual outcomes report your program can hand its board, its surveyor and its referral partners.

Opening to pilot programs in early 2027, three Ohio hospices first. Ask for samples now and your program is in line.

A watercolor cardinal card: You made this easier to carry. I won't forget it.
The Honor & Bloom cardinal card set

For veterans organizations

Honor & Bloom

Watercolor cardinals for the notes a post, an honor guard or a department writes all year: to a family after a service, to a member in hospital, to the volunteer who showed up again. The first two packs went to veterans leadership before this page existed.

  • 25-card pack, $100, shipping included. Buy by card, or by purchase order below.
  • 5-card pack, $25, for one desk.

Questions programs ask

Do you need our families' names or addresses?
No. Cases ship to your office; your coordinator addresses and signs. Nothing about a family is collected, stored or seen by us, so no business associate agreement is involved.
What does the measurement add-on collect?
Three optional questions on the thirteen-month card, answered by a short link or QR code, with no name, no address and no record of who answered. Your program sees counts and themes, never individuals. The annual report is yours to use.
Who makes the cards?
Lacey Rawson, a watercolor artist in Columbus and Dublin, Ohio, through Raw Sun Art Creatives. Her name is on every card. Measurement Ally, Inc. prints, ships and invoices.
Can we put our program's name on them?
Yes, at case volume: a line on the back of every card, set once and printed with the run. Ask when you request samples.
