Shipping, returns and privacy

The short version: prices include US shipping, downloads arrive the moment you pay, and if it isn't right we make it right within 14 days.

Shipping

• Physical items ship from Columbus, Ohio by USPS to US addresses only. Shipping is included in every price.
• Cards, prints, sheets, zines and ceramics leave within 3–5 business days; you get an email when they are on the way.
• The unsigned paperback is ordered fresh for each buyer and mailed on by hand: allow 7–10 business days.
• Prints on demand, when listed, are printed and shipped by our print partner; their note replaces ours for those orders.
• One-of-one originals and ceramics are packed individually. If a piece arrives damaged, photograph the box and the piece and email us within 7 days; we refund or replace.

Downloads

• Digital products appear on the thank-you page and in your receipt email as a link that works for 7 days. Save the file. Lost it? Email hello@woopsi.ink and we send a fresh link.
• Files are for your own household, classroom or caseload. Print as many copies as you need; please do not share the files themselves.

Returns and refunds

• Not right for you? Email hello@woopsi.ink within 14 days of delivery and we make it right: a refund, a replacement or a credit, your choice.
• Downloads are refunded within 14 days of purchase on request; no questions asked the first time.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear in 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions

Line of the Month bills monthly through Stripe. Cancel any time from the link in your receipt email, or by emailing hello@woopsi.ink; the current month still ships, and nothing bills after that.

Privacy

• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• We keep what an order needs: your name, email, shipping address and what you bought, so we can ship it and answer about it.
• The exchange is separate. Your answers to the three questions are stored with a random token, never with your name, email or order. Counts and quotes may appear in the community record and the listening wall; a person is never identifiable. Children's answers are never reported as adults'. To remove your answers, email the code from your thank-you screen to hello@woopsi.ink.
• Email lists are opt-in and adults only; every message carries an unsubscribe link.
• We use Vercel Analytics, which counts page views and events without cookies or cross-site tracking.
